Barbara Fahey has served in a variety of clinical, management, executive and consulting roles in healthcare. Throughout her career she has worked with multiple healthcare organizations to create meaningful and outcome oriented change. For the past 25 years she has successfully recruited executive, senior management and academic medical leadership for the healthcare industry. Dr. Fahey most recently completed her doctorate in Values-Driven Leadership.  She has served as Chair of the Board of a not for profit hospital in the Chicago area as well as Chair of the Board Quality and Quality and Finance Committee.  Her current focus is working with organizations to achieve success and extraordinary results by focusing on strengthening organizational leadership and culture.
