We initiate the executive search process by understanding your organization's culture and values and the leadership and management teams values and style.  We then incorporate this information into the search process.  Our process includes:

  • Assessing the leadership team using the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) and the Management Syle Assessment Instrument (MSAI)

  • Identifying the Culture and Values of the organization and incorporating those findings in the search materials and process

  • Sourcing and screening of candidates based on identified qualities, qualifications and credentials

  • Presenting potential candidates to the client

  • Conducting in depth references
